This channel is for reporting serious concerns about illegal, unethical, or unsafe conduct connected to OnSide Padel — for example, misuse of personal data, fraud, or harassment that hasn't been resolved through normal channels.

We'll handle reports as confidentially as possible, and won't retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

As a small, early-stage prototype, we don't yet have a dedicated third-party whistleblowing platform. For now, please contact us directly using the email above — we intend to expand this to a dedicated confidential channel as the Service grows.
