OnSide Padel ("the Service") is currently an early-stage prototype operated by its founder, based in Austria. No separate registered company exists for the Service yet — this page will be updated with full company details before any public or paid launch.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

OnSide Padel helps you find other people to play padel with. It does not book courts, process payments, or act as an intermediary between you and any venue.

Arranging and paying for the court, and everything that happens once you meet up, is entirely between you and the other players and the venue.

You can use the Service as a guest (identified by a token stored on your device) or by signing in with an email/password or Google account. Keep your device and any login credentials secure.

Please provide accurate information (display name, skill level, city) — other players rely on it to decide whether to play with you.

Be respectful of other players. No harassment, impersonation, spam, or illegal content. Follow the rules of whatever venue you actually play at.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You're responsible for what you post in chat, notes, and ratings. Private player notes are visible only to whoever wrote them and are never shown to anyone else.

The Service is provided "as is" during this prototype phase, with no guarantee it will be available or error-free.

We are not responsible for the conduct of other players, the condition of any venue, or what happens during a match arranged through the Service. Playing padel is a physical activity — you're responsible for your own safety, fitness, and any insurance you may want.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The date above reflects the last update.
