This policy explains what personal data OnSide Padel collects and why. As noted in our Legal conditions, the Service is currently run by its founder as a prototype, without a separate registered company yet.

Profile information: display name, self-reported skill level, and city.

Account/contact information: an email address, if you sign in with email/password or Google.

Activity data: matches you create or join, chat messages, match ratings, and — if you write one — private notes about other players (visible only to you).

Technical data: a push-notification subscription identifier, if you opt in to push notifications.

To run the core matchmaking service: showing you and other players relevant matches, and letting you communicate about them.

To send you notifications you've opted into (e.g. a match filling up, a chat message).

To keep the Service reliable and secure.

Data is stored and processed using our infrastructure providers, currently Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). We aim to use EU-based hosting regions where available.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. It's only accessible to the infrastructure providers above, to the extent needed to run the Service (e.g. a web push provider to deliver notifications).

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the associated personal data.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@onsidepadel.com.
